The 12 Days of Christmas

On the 2nd Day of Christmas, dolly and doggy went for a walk.  (That fresh air felt wonderful since I had been sick the day before.)

The 3rd Day of Christmas found my guys back down at the seashore for a long fishing trip.  They went to Padre Island this time (the north side of the island).

We decorated Christmas cookies on the 4th Day of Christmas.
One must wear red lipstick to see, Mary Poppins Returns, on the 5th Day of Christmas :)

On the 6th Day of Christmas, we celebrated the Feast of the Holy Family with these precious cookie cut outs.  Miss Clementine received them in her Christmas stocking.  St. Joseph and Mary with Baby Jesus can be used for play dough fun as well!

The stars at night, are big and bright....  On the 7th Day of Christmas (New Year's Eve), the girls and I packed hot cocoa and headed out to a park outside of the city to view the gorgeous night sky!

The 8th Day of Christmas, New Year's Day, also the Feast of The Solemnity of Mary, we worked on a special booklet celebrating The Blessed Mother as the Mother of God.

I enjoyed a lunch date with my hubby on the 9th Day of Christmas.

It was board games on the 10th Day of Christmas!

On the 11th Day of Christmas, we went to First Friday Mass, Adoration, and then Starbucks with friends.

And today, the 12th Day of Christmas, we took our decorations down!

I was going to wait and have Sarah help during the week next week, but she received a job offer and will leave back for college on Monday.

And tomorrow we celebrate Epiphany Sunday!  I have a cute craft project ready for Miss Clementine.  I hope it keeps her busy while I help Sarah gather her things and pack up before she heads off early Monday.

Continued Christmas blessings to you and yours and Happy New Year!

Patty
