Biscuit Poppers

Any When Calls the Heart fans out there??

We LOVE that series.  MiMi received all the seasons on DVD for Christmas and recently found a When Calls the Heart app for her phone.  On the app, they have Abigail's Cafe tab which hosts a delicious variety of foods one may have eaten "back then".

She made these Biscuit Poppers a couple of times now.  They are crazy easy to make (only 3 ingredients) and even easier to eat ;)

Ingredients:

1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup sour cream
2 1/4 cup Bisquick

Instructions:

1.  Melt butter and let cool a few minutes.

2.  Add 1 sour cream, stir.

3.  Add Bisquick and stir until combined.

4.  Use a small cookie scoop and place on scoop in a well-greased mini muffin pan.

5.  Cook in a 350 degree oven for 18-20 minutes.

6.  Once cooled, you can drizzle a little honey over each (or as Miss Mabel did, pour a little honey in a bowl and hand-dip the top of each - as to not waste too much of the honey).

Enjoy!
