Oven Steak Fries

David made these for the first time this past winter, and oh my gosh!  They are SO good!

Oven Steak Fries


3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
4-6 potatoes, cut into wedges


1.  Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Combine oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.  Place potato wedges in the bowl and coat with spices.

2.  Transfer potato wedges to a large non-greased baking sheet (do not overcrowd).

3.  Bake until the potato wedges are golden and crisp (about 40 minutes).  Serve immediately!

We dip them in ketchup, ranch dressing, or sour cream with some shredded chedder cheese sprinkled on top.  Yum!
