A quick dessert.
I crowned ours for the Feast of the Epiphany and made a festive punch. Actually, the punch was suppose to be for New Years, but we never got around to making it.
Better late than never, right?
Use about 1 liter of ginger ale and 1/2 a bottle of Hot Ruby's, stir and then sprinkle a little bit of cider spices on top.
It was delicious!
And I LOVE this platter!
I found it six (or so) years ago at Hobby Lobby during their after-Christmas sale. It's perfect for the Epiphany!
And as we packed away our nativity set, we watched the SNOW flurries fall! (Our first "snow" in almost two years!)
