Delicious! And the gravy that comes with it is so good!
This has to be the easiest recipe I have out there, and there were no left overs :)
2 (10.75 oz) cans mushroom soup
1 (1 oz) package dry onion soup mix
1 1/4 cups water
5 1/2 pounds pot roast
1. In a medium bowl, mix the mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix, and water together. Place the pot roast in the slow cooker and coat it with the soup mixture.
2. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 8-9 hours.
