Easter (spring) Book Bin

The Easter bunny always places a book in each child's Easter basket.  The difficulty of finding a book increases as the kids grow up.  So here' a list of our children's Easter and baby animal-themed literature.

  1. Hi Patty! I just emailed your post to my daughter. She has a 4 and 2 year old (the baby is too young, but maybe would enjoy gumming the books??), and I love all these Easter suggestions. She's a teacher too, so I know she'll love the ideas for class.

Thank you for taking so many pics and uploading them. Worth a thousand words!
    Blessings,

  3. I love, love, LOVE all the book pictures!!! We are big book gift givers at the holidays and birthdays. I see a few that we have in common and Elizabeth is getting the "Simon and the Easter Miracle" in her basket this year. Have you ever read any of the "Miss Suzy" books. There is "Miss Suzy", "Miss Suzy's Birthday" and "Miss Suzy's Easter Surprise". They are from the 60s and are such a sweet series about a really sweet gray squirrel named Miss Suzy (of course). Anyway, I bought the Easter one used and I think Elizabeth will love it as we have read the other two.

Thanks again for the great book recommendations! I hope you have a blessed Holy Week!
