Homeschool Homecoming Dance 2015

A Dallas area Homeschool Youth & Government Club hosts the homecoming dance each fall.  It is HUGE and fun!

This year the theme was Come Fly With Me and the venue was the amazing Frontiers of Flight Museum at Dallas Love Field.

For the most part, kids go with groups of friends.  (I really, really like that!)  This year there were 19 teens in the group of friends my young ladies went with.

Their taste in fashion could be no different from each other - Ha ha!

They all met up at a beautiful park for a fun photo session.

(Miss Sally with a few of her good friends.)

Then some of the parents drove them to a restaurant, where they ate dinner before heading to the dance.

They are such a great group of teenagers.  Truly.  I'm so glad that they have this opportunity to dress up, eat out, and dance the night away!

By the way, this was last Friday night.  They arrived home after midnight and had to be up bright and early for the Hike for Life TX the next morning.  (I'll be posting more on that soon!)

  1. They are stunning. And yes, so different. But ya know what? I love both styles! So glad for them to have that experience!

  2. What a great looking bunch! Looks like a fun venue as well. If they are anything like me, they felt super tired on Sunday....I always feel the lack of sleep the 2nd day in. Hope they had time to recover.
