Afternoon Baths

Because when a big sister demonstrates how the new bath tub markers work,  and then says, "Let's put them away now till bath time tonight" .....  Yeah.  That's not gonna fly.

  1. Ha! Ain't that the truth. When my kids were all younger and all the crazy was really kicking in, I would put a couple in the tub in the afternoon. They would play somewhat peacefully for a bit and I could sit near them and read or just veg for a few minutes!

    1. TRUE! Of course I made the child who opened them up in the first place give her the bath time :) I enjoyed the peace and quiet while she was in the tub!

  2. You aren't kidding. This week the girls discovered swimsuits that were stuck back in the closet. We have now had to put them on and scamper about the house every afternoon pretending they are swimming. I guess we're all just a little bit tired of winter. There is no waiting for later. If I finally do get around to purchasing their Easter outfits, I will have to hide them or Gianna will be wearing hers every day.

    1. Oh my gosh! yes! I remember doing that....putting swimsuits on them and then throwing them in the tub. It really made it feel more summer like when we were in the dead of winter up there in Illinois.

  3. I missed this one somehow! Afternoon baths makes for an easy evening! (we do morning baths because mama is much more patient in the morning than at 8pm!)
