Meatless Fridays - Breakfast Burritos


Making the Black Bean & Rice Burritos the other week, made me naturally gravitate toward these breakfast burritos.

I purchased the large flour tortillas, and whipped up some made to order scrambled eggs.

David and I chose to add chopped red bell peppers, green bell peppers, mushrooms, and cheese ::


They were so yummy.  And I served everyone a side of hash brown potatoes.  This was a delicious, protein - packed dinner!
