Meatless Fridays - Cheese Bagel Pizza

My kids help out planning the weekly menu.

Someone put bagel pizzas down for a Saturday night meal.  When we made a cheese only for the baby, I thought that this counts toward meatless.  Right?

It's an easy meatless lunch for the kids, too.

Okay.  I'm the first to admit that it  isn't  the most appetizing meal, but when in need of a quick, meatless, kid-friendly meal...it's downright do-able!

Enjoy!

  1. I ate so many pizzas on English muffins growing up. We called them Little Pizzas. Yum!

    1. I grew up with the English muffins, too. Prefer them over the bagels, but the kids love the bagels. Must be all the dough?

  2. Rule of thumb in our house: if all the kids will eat it; put it in the rotation! There are plenty of meals they pick at, so I look for the ones that they'll gobble up! This is something they can assemble themselves, too! Bonus! :)

    1. Exactly! And that would be Miss Sally in charge of dinner (in the pics).

  4. My kiddos do not like the English muffin ones...I bet they'd like these bagel ones, I bet they are crispier on the outside? Great simple Friday idea!

  5. My kids love this lunch too. They even like it with just cheese and no sauce!
