Hello Dolly Bars

Not sure how they got their name, but these are very yummy-licious and crazy easy to make :)

2 cups graham cracker crumbs (I bought a box of the prepared graham cracker crumbs)
1/3 cup melted butter
3 tbsp sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
2/3 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1 (14 oz) can of sweetened condensed milk

1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl.  Press mixture onto bottom of a lightly greased 9 x 13 in pan.  Bake 8 minutes.

2.  Sprinkle pecans, chocolate morsels, and coconut over hot crust.  Pour condensed milk over top.  (Do not stir.)

3.  Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes or until lightly browned and edges are bubbly.  Let cool 1 hour on wire rack.  Cut into bars.

PS - Sorry I'm posting this yummy dessert bar the day after Ash Wednesday (*wink*)
